Install the application into Bitrix24 CRM.
Click on 'Authorize Now' to authorize Bitrix24 CRM.
Click on API Key and copy the API Key.
Paste the API Key under WhatCetra API Key.
Click on 'Authorize' to authorize your WhatCetra account.
WhatsApp Web for Bitrix24 has been setup.
The integration WhatsApp Web for Bitrix24 has various applications such as bulk messaging, instant messaging, incoming messages, message history and much more, intended to efficiently handle all WhatsApp conversations in Bitrix24 CRM through WhatCetra.
Go to any Bitrix24 Lead, Contact or Deal.
Click on WhatCetra.
In case you wish to add additional contacts, click on 'Add Recipients'.
Select the country code and enter the contact number. Click on 'Add'.
Enter a default country code and select the settings for the same.
The options available for default country code settings are as follows.
do not add country code
Using this option you can ignore the default country code in case all the contact numbers contain a country code.
add for all phone numbers
In case none of the contacts contain a country code, you can use this option to add the default country code for all numbers.
add if phone number starts with 0
In case some of the saved contact numbers begin with 0, you can add the default country code to such numbers alone.
add if phone number not starts with country code
In case some of the saved phone numbers do not contain a country code, this option can be used to add a default country code to such numbers alone
Enter the message to be sent or insert a template.
Insert contact fields, user fields and emojis.
Add images, documents and videos in case you wish to send attachments.
Send the message.
WhatCetra Chat View
From the drop-down adjacent to WhatCetra, click on 'Chat View'.
You can now view the WhatsApp chat history with the particular contact held via WhatCetra.
Click on WhatsApp Web for Bitrix24 from the menu on the left side.
Click on 'Add Recipients' to add the required contacts.
Enter the contact number and click on 'Add'.
Enter the message or insert templates.
Insert user fields, emojis and attachments.
Send your bulk WhatsApp message.
Enable 'Capture incoming messages' to receive incoming messages into Bitrix24 CRM.
Select the module to which new contacts are to be added for incoming WhatsApp messages from non existing contacts.
You can also choose to ignore incoming messages from non existing contacts.
Go to any Lead, Contact or Deal.
Under 'Comments' you can view the history of incoming and outgoing WhatsApp messages.
View the complete details of the messages.
WhatCetra User Management
Access the interface of the application.
Click on your profile.
Select Manage App Users
You can now view the list of Bitrix24 users within your organization.
Add the users you wish to allow using your WhatCetra account.
You can also Remove, Add all or Remove all users based on your requirements.
Once the user has been added, during WhatCetra authorization, they would be able to choose your WhatCetra account.
Insert templates to send pre-defined WhatsApp messages.
With the interface of the extension WhatsApp Web for Bitrix24 - WhatCetra, click on 'Insert Template'.
Click on '+Add New Template'.
Enter the name of the template and the content of the message.
Include placeholders and emojis if required.
Click on 'Save Template'.
Click on the edit icon adjacent to the name of the template.
Make the required changes.
Click on 'Save Template'.
Click on the delete icon adjacent to the name of the template in order to delete the template.
