About

Utilize WhatsApp Web for more than making conversations with the help of the extension Freshsales inside WhatsApp Web which allows users to manage Freshsales contacts from WhatsApp Web. Create contacts, view and edit contact details, and much more.

Pre-requisites

• Must be a Freshsales user

• Login to WhatsApp Web

• Install Chrome extension

Features

• Create & access Freshsales Contacts

• View details of contacts

• Search & update contact details

• Configure visible fields

• Create pre-defined messages with placeholders

• Add notes for contacts

• Click on Add Extension to complete the installation.

• Open WhatsApp Web and scan the QR code to log in to WhatsApp.

• You can now view the LookUp Freshsales panel.

• Sign in to Ulgebra with your Freshsales email id.

• Login to your Freshsales account.

• Click on your profile and select settings.

• Select API Settings to find the API Key.

• Enter Freshsales domain & API Key.

• Authorize Freshsales account.

You are now good to use the extension!

Contact Details

Select any WhatsApp contact to view the details of the Freshsales contacts under the selected WhatsApp number.

Edit Contact Details

• Edit the details of any of the contact fields.

• Click on the tick icon to save the changes in Freshsales.

Contact Search

Search for any WhatsApp number to view the contacts under the particular number.

Field Search

Search for any field of the contact to view or update the details.

Access Freshsales Contact

• Click on the Freshsales button beneath the contact name.

• You would be redirected to the respective contact in Freshsales.

Access Contact Fields

• Click on Show hidden fields

• You can now view all the Freshsales contact fields.

• Update any of the fields if required.

Field Configuration

• Click on 'Configure display fields'.

• You can view the list of Show Fields & Hidden Fields.

• Drag and drop a Hidden Field under Show Field to make the field visible under contact.

• Drag and drop a Show Field under Hidden Field to hide the field.

Template Messages

Access Templates

• Click on Template Messages to view the list of message templates created.

Create Templates

• Click on '+Add New Template'.

• Enter the name and content of the template.

• Insert emojis and contact fields if required.

• Click on 'Save Template'.

Send Template Messages

• Select any template from the dropdown.

• Click on 'Copy'.

• Enter the copied template to send the WhatsApp Message.

Edit Template

• Adjacent to the name of the template, click on the edit icon.

• Make the required changes.

• Click on 'Save Template'.

Delete Template

• Click on the delete icon adjacent to the name of your template to delete any template.

Contact Notes

• Click on 'Notes' to view the list of Notes under the particular contact.

• Click on 'Add Note' to create a new note.

• Enter the content of the note.

• Click on 'Save Note'.
