The application Acuity Scheduling Integration for Pipedrive helps manage appointments with clients online and provides a real-time update regarding the Acuity appointments inside the Pipedrive CRM itself. This application allows owners to maintain a record of all the upcoming and past Acuity appointments scheduled. Furthermore, receive the Acuity meetings booked into the Pipedrive module that is most suitable for your purpose. Access the booking links of all your Acuity events within Pipedrive which can be shared with customers who wish to schedule an appointment.
A common Acuity Scheduling account can be utilized by the Pipedrive organization once it is authorized by the Pipedrive admin alone. The Pipedrive admin also has the power to enable and disable users from this feature based on their requirements.

Manage the Acuity Scheduling users
Click on 'Allow and Install' to complete the installation of the application.
Go to any Pipedrive contact.
Click on 'New Acuity Appointment' from the dropdown.
Sign in to Ulgebra using your Pipedrive email id.
Enter your Acuity Scheduling credentials.
Authorize Acuity Scheduling account.
The Acuity Scheduling application has been setup inside Pipedrive.
Go to any Pipedrive Person, Organization or Deal.
Click on the drop-down at the top right side of the contact details.
Select 'New Acuity Appointment'.
You can now view the list of Acuity events for scheduling Acuity appointments.
Click on 'Book' adjacent to the name of the event using which you are scheduling Acuity appointment.
Or select the event you are scheduling Acuity appointment using from the drop-down.
Now you can access the Acuity Scheduling calendar.
Select your preferrable date and time.
Enter the required details for the meeting.
Click on 'Complete Appointment'.
The Acuity appointment has now been scheduled.
You can view the booking confirmation.
Acuity Appointment History
Within the Acuity Scheduling interface, select 'Events History'.
You can now view the upcoming events along with the respective Pipedrive contact.
In order to view the Acuity appointments , select the event from the drop-down.
Click on 'Show Past Meetings' to view the history of previous Acuity appointments.
Access Acuity scheduling within any Pipedrive contact.
Select 'Event Links' under Acuity.
You can now view the list of all the Acuity events.
Click on 'Open' to go to the booking link.
Click on 'Copy' to share the booking link.
Select any booking link from the drop-down to obtain the booking link of a specific event.
Acuity Scheduling Notes
Within any Pipedrive contact, view the history of Acuity appointments scheduled under 'Notes'.
You can go through the complete details of the meeting within the Note.
Planned Acuity Meetings
View all the upcoming Acuity appointments under the 'Planned' within the respective Pipedrive contact.
Access the interface of Acuity Integration for Pipedrive.
Click on your Ulgebra profile to access the extension settings.
Incoming Events Sync
Select 'Incoming events sync'.
Enable 'Capture incoming events' to sync Acuity events booked into Pipedrive.
Select the condition for the incoming events from the drop-down.
The options available are as follows.
Sync events to person
The scheduled Acuity appointments will be synced with the People module of Pipedrive
Sync Events to latest lead or create new lead
The scheduled Acuity appointments will be synced with the Leads module of Pipedrive. In case a Lead exists for the contact the event will be synced to the latest Lead. In case a Lead does not exist, a new Lead would be created.
Sync Events to latest deal or create new deal
The scheduled Acuity appointments would be synced to the Deals module of Pipedrive. In case a Deal exists for the contact, it would be synced to the latest Deal. In case a Deal does not exist, a new Deal would be created.
The incoming Acuity appointments would be synced with the Activities module of Pipedrive.
In case you do not wish to sync incoming events from non-existing contacts, enable the feature 'Ignore events from NEW customers'.
You can view the list of all the Acuity Scheduling events.
Enable the events from which you wish to receive the incoming events.
Disable the events from which you do not wish to receive the incoming events.
Manage App Users
You can enable Pipedrive CRM users to use a single Acuity Scheduling account which is authorized by the admin.
Select 'Manage App Users'.
You can now view the list of Pipedrive users.
Add the users who can utilize your Acuity Scheduling account.
You can Remove any user when required.
You can also Add all or Remove all users.
Acuity Scheduling Tab
You can open the integration in a new tab for accessing and scheduling Acuity appointments at any time.
Click on 'Open in New Tab'.
You would now be redirected to a new page containing the application.
Reset App Configuration
In case you wish to reset the application, select 'Reset App Configurations'.
Click on 'Reset'.
By doing so all the settings and history of the extension would be deleted.
