Installation
Visit the Pipedrive Marketplace where you can find the extension BulkSMS for Pipedrive.
Click on 'Install now'.
Click on 'Allow and Install' to authorize the Pipedrive account.
Within the Pipedrive account, click on your Pipedrive profile.
Select 'Tools and integrations'.
Click on Marketplace Apps.
Click on the three dots beside 'BulkSMS for Pipedrive'.
Select Settings from the drop-down.
Click on 'Get Here' to obtain the BulkSMS credentials.
Click on 'Create Token'.
You can now access the generated BulkSMS Token Id and Token Secret.
Enter the BulkSMS credentials in the space provided.
Authorize BulkSMS account.
BulkSMS has now been integrated to your Pipedrive account.
Applications
Message Contacts
Go to any Pipedrive Person, Organization or Deal.
Select 'Send Message - BulkSMS' from the drop-down on the right side.
Click on the 'Choose Sender' drop-down.
Select the BulkSMS sender to send the message from.
Select the BulkSMS Route through which the message is to be sent.
You can also add additional contacts using the 'Add Recipients' option.
Select the country code and enter the contact number.
Click on 'Add'.
Select a Pipedrive filter to add a specific set of contacts.
You can also search for an existing Pipedrive contact.
Search and select the required contact.
Enter the message to be sent.
In order to insert a placeholder, enter '#'.
Select the required Pipedrive field from the drop-down.
Or insert a message template.
Send the message to the Pipedrive contact through BulkSMS.
Bulk Messages
Go to the People, Organizations or Deals module of Pipedrive.
Select the required contacts from the list view.
Access the drop-down on the right side.
Select 'Send Bulk Message - BulkSMS'.
Select the BulkSMS sender.
Select the BulkSMS Route to send the messages using.
Include other contacts as well to send the message using Add Recipients.
Enter the message or insert a message template.
Send the bulk message through BulkSMS.
SMS History
Access the Notes section within the Pipedrive contact.
Here you can view the history of BulkSMS messages sent within the respective Pipedrive contact.
Extension Settings
Integration Tab
Select 'Open in New Tab'.
You can now access the extension at all times in a separate tab.
Manage BulkSMS Users
Pipedrive admin can enable multiple users to share a single BulkSMS account.
Select 'Manage App Users'.
Here you can view the list of Pipedrive users available.
Add the users who would be using your BulkSMS account.
Remove the users to disable this feature for them.
You can also All all or Remove all users.
Application Analytics
Select 'App Usage Analytics'.
Here you can view the analytics of the usage of the BulkSMS integration for Pipedrive.
Reset Application
Select 'Reset App Configurations'.
Enter 'confirm' within the space provided.
Click on 'Reset'.
All the details of the applications would now be reset.
Message Sender
Add Sender
Click on the Choose Sender drop-down.
Select '+Add New Sender'.
Select the channel type as SMS.
Enter the BulkSMS Sender Id.
Enter the name with which the sender is to be displayed.
Save the BulkSMS sender.
Default Sender
Click on the pin icon adjacent to the name of the sender.
This sender would be selected by default while sending messages through BulkSMS.
Hide Sender
Click on the visibility icon beside the name of the sender to hide the icon.
Using the visibility icon adjacent to '+Add New Sender' you can add or remove the hidden senders from the drop-down
Delete Sender
Click on the delete icon beside the name of the sender to delete the BulkSMS sender.
Message Templates
Create Template
Click on the 'Templates' drop-down.
Select '+Add New Template'.
Enter the name of the template to be created.
Enter the message content within the template.
Save the message template.
Edit Template
Click on the edit icon beside the name of the template.
Make the required changes.
Save the edited template.
Delete Template
Click on the delete icon beside the name of the template to delete the message template.
