Pre-requisites
Must be a Pipedrive user.
Must have a Burst SMS account.
Installation
Access 'Burst SMS for Pipedrive' at the Pipedrive Marketplace.
Click on 'Install now'.
Click on 'Allow and Install' to complete Pipedrive authorization.
With Pipedrive account, click on your Pipedrive profile.
Select 'Tools and Integrations'.
Select 'Marketplace Apps' from the panel on the left side.
Adjacent to Burst SMS for Pipedrive, click on the three dots on the right.
Select Settings from the drop-down.
Enter the Burst SMS credentials.
Authorize the Burst SMS account.
Burst SMS have now been integrated to Pipedrive.
Applications
Message Pipedrive Contacts
Go to any Pipedrive Person, Organization or Deal.
From the drop-down at the right side, select 'Send Message - Burst SMS'.
Select the Burst SMS sender.
Click on 'Add Recipients' in case you wish to include additional contacts.
Select the country code and enter the contact number.
Click on 'Add'.
Select a Pipedrive filter to add a specific set of contacts.
Search for any existing contact to add a particular contact.
Enter the message to be sent.
Enter '#' to insert a placeholder.
Select the contact field from the drop-down.
Or insert a message template.
Send the message to Pipedrive contact using Burst SMS.
Bulk Message
Select the Pipedrive People, Organizations or Deals from the list view.
From the drop-down on the right side, select 'Send Bulk Message - Burst SMS'.
Select the Burst SMS sender id.
Include additional contacts if required using the 'Add Recipients' option.
Enter the message or insert a template.
Send the bulk message to the Pipedrive contacts using Burst SMS.
Message History
Within any Pipedrive contact, access the Notes section.
Here you can view the details of the messages sent using Burst SMS.
Extension Settings
On the settings page of the application, you can access the general features, admin settings and advanced settings of the integration.
Application Tab
Access the application at all times in a separate tab using 'Open in New Tab' option.
Burst SMS User Management
The Pipedrive admin can allow multiple users to use a shared Burst SMS account.
Select 'Manage App Users'.
Here you can view the list of Pipedrive users.
Add the user to enable them to use your Burst SMS account.
Remove the user to disable the features for them.
Here you can view the list of Pipedrive users.
Add the user to enable them to use your Burst SMS account.
Remove the user to disable the features for them.
Application Analytics
Select 'App Usage Analytics'.
Here you can view the analytics for the usage of the application.
Reset Application
Select 'Reset App Configurations'.
Enter 'confirm' within the space provided.
Click on 'Reset'.
SMS Sender
Add Sender
Select the Choose Sender drop-down within the application.
Click on '+Add New Sender'.
Select the type of sender as SMS.
Enter the SMS sender id as per Burst SMS.
Enter the display name for the sender.
Save the new SMS sender.
Default SMS Sender
Click on the pin icon beside the name of the sender.
This sender would be selected by default while sending messages.
Hide Sender
Click on the visibility icon beside the name of the sender to hide any sender.
Click on the visibility icon beside '+Add New Sender' to hide or view all the hidden SMS senders from the drop-down.
Delete Sender
Click on the delete icon to delete a Burst SMS sender.
Message Templates
Create Template
Select '+Add New Template' from the Templates drop-down.
Enter the name of the template.
Enter the content within the template.
Save the new message template.
Edit Template
Click on the edit icon beside the name of the template.
Make the changes within the template.
Save the edited message template.
Delete Template
Click on the delete icon beside the name of the template.
This template would now be deleted.
