Lookup for Pipedrive CRM

Pre-requisites for Extension Usage

• Pipedrive account required

• WhatsApp Web must be open

• Install the Chrome extension

Application Installation

• Visit the Pipedrive Marketplace, where you can find the extension LookUp for Pipedrive.

• Click on 'Install now'.

• Click on 'Allow and Install' to complete the installation.

• Visit the Chrome Web Store where you can find the extension Ulgebra Lookup Aps for CRM/Desk.

• Click on 'Add to Chrome'.

• Click on 'Add Extension' on the pop-up to complete the installation.

• Open WhatsApp Web.

• Scan the QR code to log in to WhatsApp Web.

• Click on the Extensions icon at the top right corner of your browser.

• Select Ulgebra Lookup App for CRM/Desk.

• Here you can view the list of platforms available.

• Enable 'Pipedrive CRM'.

• Sign in to Ulgebra using your Pipedrive email id.

• Click on 'Authorize Now' using your Pipedrive account.

• Click on 'Continue to the App' to complete authorization.

You are now all set to use Pipedrive inside WhatsApp Web

Extension Features

Contact Creation

• Add a Person into Pipedrive for a WhatsApp contact from WhatsApp Web.

• Select the WhatsApp contact you wish to add.

• Click on New Person.

• Enter the details of the contact to be created.

• Click on Create New Person in Pipedrive.

• The new contact has been created in Pipedrive.

Contact Details

• Select any WhatsApp contact.

• View the details of the contact pertaining to the Pipedrive fields.

Pipedrive Contact

• Click on 'Pipedrive' to view the contact in your Pipedrive CRM.

Edit Fields

• Select a contact on WhatsApp Web.

• Edit the value under any field.

• Click on the tick icon next to the edited field to save the changes.

Pipedrive Fields

• Click Show hidden fields to view the list of all Pipedrive fields along with the details.

• You can also edit any of the fields.

Configure Displayed Fields

• Click on 'Configure display fields' to customize the fields that would be visible under the contact.

• You can view two columns containing Show Fields and Hidden Fields.

• In order to display a Hidden Field, drag the Hidden field and drop it under Show Field.

• In order to hide a Show Field, drag a Show Field and drop it under Hidden Field.

Template Messages

View templates

• Click on the 'Template Messages' drop-down.

• View the list of templates created.

Create New Template

• Click on 'Add New Template' from the drop-down in case you wish to create a new template.

• Enter the name of the template to be created.

• Enter the message. You can also include person fields and emojis if required.

• Click on 'Save Template'.

Send Template Message

• Select the required template from the Template Messages dropdown.

• Click on 'Copy' and paste the message into the text area in WhatsApp Web and send the message.

Edit Template

• Adjacent to the template name, click on the edit icon.

• Edit the template.

• Click on 'Save Template'.

• You can now use the edited template.

Delete template

• Adjacent to the template name, click on the delete icon.

The template has now been deleted.

Deals

• View the list of Deals associated with the contact under the Deals section.

• Under the contact, click on 'Create Deal'.

• Enter the title and the required details for the Deal.

Add Notes

• Click on 'Notes'.

• You can view the list of notes associated with the particular contact.

• Click on 'Add Note' to create a new note.

• Enter the content of the note and click on 'Save Note'.

Export Chats

• Click on 'Export Chat'.

• You can now view the list of messages sent and received from the contact.

• The incoming and outgoing messages would be differentiated for ease.

• Select the messages you wish to add to notes.

• Click on 'Add Note' to export the selected chats.

This way you can manage all Pipedrive contacts from WhatsApp Web.
