Fast2SMS for WooCommerce integrates Fast2SMS with WooCommerce to enhance customer communication within the store. The integration enables sending SMS or WhatsApp messages to customers directly from WooCommerce using templates and messaging routes. It ensures reliable delivery and improving customer engagement.

Step 1: Navigate to the Customers section in WooCommerce.
Step 2: Click the Fast2SMS icon from the side panel.
Step 3: Copy the Freshworks CRM domain from the URL shown in the browser’s address bar (as highlighted in the image) and paste it into the required field.
Click “Click to get an API Key” to get your Freshworks API key, then paste the key into the required field.
Click “Authorize Now” to proceed.
Step 4: Fill the required fields for domain name and API Authorization Key. Click "Authorize" to complete the authorization.
Step 1: Select the sender and route. Recipient numbers are automatically fetched from the contact. You can add additional recipients using the “Add Recipients” button.
Type "/" to insert a template message.
Step 2: Choose a template from the Templates list page.
Step 3: The preview of the chosen template will be shown. Click "#" to add a placeholder value to the message template to send personalized messages.
Step 4: Click the "Send" button to send the message
Step 5: A pop up appears to notify that the messages are sent.
Step 6: Click the overview icon to go to the contact's overview page and find the sent message records added as notes on the right side panel.
Step 1: Go to any contact and click the Fast2SMS icon from the side panel. Click the profile icon at the top right corner to navigate to the settings page.
Step 2: In the settings page, click the "Open in New Tab" page to access the page in a separate tab.
