Application Installation and working

Step 1: Go to the Zoho Marketplace and search for the application "Pinnacle for Zoho Campaigns" and install the chrome extension. Once the chrome extension is added, refresh the Zoho Campaigns account and check the Pinnacle icon on the left panel.

Click "Authorize Now" to authorize your Zoho account

Step 2: Click "Accept" by agreeing to the conditions displayed.

Step 3: Now, you have to authorize your Pinnacle account by entering the Pinnacle API key and Pinnacle WABA ID which you can get from your Pinnacle account.

Step 4: Now the extension configuration is done and ready to send messages. Select the Sender ID from the drop-down. Use the "Add recipients" option to add more numbers to whom you want to send messages. Select the approved templates from the drop-down and click the "Send SMS" option to send the message.

Step 5: Now, you will get notified of the status of the sent message.

Step 6: To add a WhatsApp Sender, click the "Add New Sender" option. You also have the option to pin the Sender in default.

Step 7: Select the Channel and enter the WhatsApp Sender ID and Display name. Click the "Save Sender" option so that the sender can be fetched later.

Step 8: For sending WhatsApp messages from the Campaigns list, select the Sender, Select the Campaigns list already created from the drop-down. Select the approved WhatsApp template and enter the values of the placeholders if any. Click the "Send WhatsApp" option to send messages to clients.

Step 9: For sending SMS from the Campaigns list, select the Sender, Select the Campaigns list already created from the drop-down. Select the approved SMS template and enter the values of the placeholders if any. Click the "Send SMS" option to send messages to clients.
