View multiple Calendly users events in Bitrix24
Step 1: Go to Bitrix24 marketplace and search for the application "Calendly for Bitrix24". Click "Install" to install the application. Now, you will be re-directed to the extension settings page. In step 1, click "Connect Now" to authorize your Bitrix24 account. In step 2, enter the Calendly access token to authorize your Calendly account. Get your Calendly access token by clicking the "Get here" option.
Step 2: Click "Generate New Token" to create a new Calendly access token.
Step 3: Enter a name for the token and click "Create Token" option.
Step 4: Copy the created token and paste it in the extension settings page.
Step 5: Now you can see that your integration is successfully enabled.
This is the installation and setup of the application "Calendly for Bitrix24".
1) Book a new Calendly appointment
Step 1: Go to any of the Bitrix leads/contacts or deals and check for the option "Calendly". You can book or schedule a new meeting using the "New Appointment" option available.
Step 2: Now, select the type of Calendly event.
Step 3: Select the convenient date and time and confirm the same.
Step 4: Enter the required details and click "Schedule Event" for booking the appointment.
Step 5: Now, your meeting booked in confirmed by a notification.
2) View upcoming and past Calendly events inside Bitrix24
Go to any of the Bitrix24 lead/contact or deal and click the "Calendly" option. You can view the upcoming and past events of the client listed.
3) View multiple user's event inside Bitrix24
Go to any of the Bitrix24 lead/contact or deal and check for the "Calendly" option. If you have multiple users in Calendly, then you can switch and view the user's event as shown in the below image.
4) Reschedule or cancel the event from the Bitrix24
Step 1: Go to any of the Bitrix24 lead/contact or deals and check for the option "Calendly". Click the "Details" near the meeting to check the meeting details. You can either re-schedule or cancel the meeting using the options available.
Step 2: Once you wish to re-schedule or cancel the event, then you have to provide the reason and confirm the same so that the meeting details will get updated accordingly.
