Application Installation
Step 1: Go to Bitrix marketplace and search for the application "Pinnacle SMS and WhatsApp for Bitrix24". Click "Install" to install the application in Bitrix24 account.
Step 2: Sign in to Pinnacle using either the Sign in with google option or Sign in with email option.
Step 3: Enter the Pinnacle API key and WABA ID in the space provided and click the "Authorize Now" button to authorize the Pinnacle account.
Step 4: Now, you can click the profile picture at the top right and view your authorized Bitrix24 account and Pinnacle account.
This is the installation and setup of the application "Pinnacle SMS and WhatsApp for Bitrix24".
Application working
1) Send single and bulk SMS to Bitrix24 contacts
Step 1: Go to any of the Bitrix24 contacts. Click the "More" option and check for the "Pinnacle SMS" option.
Step 2: Select the "Sender ID" from the drop-down. Add multiple recipients using the"Add recipient" option. Click the "Insert Pinnacle template" to select the approved template from the drop-down. Once done, click the "Send SMS" option.
Step 3: Once sent, you will get notified of the status of the message in Bitrix24.
2) Send single and bulk SMS to Bitrix24 deals
Step 1: Go to any of the Bitrix24 deals. Click the "More" option and check for the "Pinnacle SMS" option and send either single or bulk messages. Once the message is sent, you will get notified of the status of the message.
3) Send single and bulk SMS to Bitrix24 leads
Step 1: Go to any of the Bitrix24 leads. Check for the "Pinnacle SMS" option and send either single or bulk messages.
Step 2: Once sent, you will get notified of the status of the message in Bitrix24.
4) Send messages to one or more Bitrix24 clients
Step 1: Go to any of the Bitrix24 leads/contacts or deals and check for the option "Pinnacle SMS". Click the option "Add New Sender" from the Sender ID drop-down. You also have the option to pin the Sender ID in default.
Step 2: Select the Channel type and enter the WhatsApp Sender ID and Display name. Select the Visibility type as to be viewed only by admin or for all users. Click the "Save Sender" option so that the sender can be saved and fetched later.
Step 3: If you want to send WhatsApp messages now, select the created WhatsApp sender from the drop-down. Select the approved WhatsApp template from the drop-down and also fill in the values of the placeholders if you have any. Once entered, click the "Send WhatsApp" option to send the message.
Step 4: Once sent, you will get notified of the status of the message in Bitrix24.
5) View message history inside Bitrix24 CRM
View the message history added as comment inside Bitrix24 contact section.
