Acuity Scheduling for Freshsales Suite
After successful authentication of Freshsales & Acuity Scheduling, you can view the Acuity icon within Freshsales.

The Freshsales admin can now manage the users of the Acuity Scheduling account
Maintain the record of the analytics of the usage of the application
Enter the Freshsales domain.
Click on the Freshsales profile.
Select Settings from the drop-down.
Click on API Settings.
Complete the confirmation.
Here you can view the API Key.
Copy the API Key.
Paste it under Freshworks CRM API Key.
Click on 'Authorize Now'.
Enter the Acuity Scheduling User Id and API Key.
Authorize Acuity Scheduling account.
Manage your Acuity scheduling appointments inside Freshsales Suite.
Go to any Freshsales Suite contact.
Click on the Acuity Scheduling icon at the contact panel on top.
You can view all your Acuity Scheduling events listed.
Click on Book adjacent to the event you wish to access.
You can also click on the All Appointments drop-down.
Select the event you wish to book an appointment with.
Select the date on which you wish to book the appointment.
Select the appointment time.
Click on Continue.
Edit and enter the details required.
Click on Complete Appointment to book the Acuity Scheduling appointment with the contact.
You would now receive the confirmation for the appointment booked.
Access the Notes section within the contact.
Here you can view the details of the appointments scheduled with the contact.
Within the application click on 'Events History'.
Here you can view all the acuity appointments booked.
Click on the All Appointments drop-down to select a specific event.
You can now view the appointments booked using the selected Acuity event.
Click on Show Past Meetings to view the history of completed Acuity Scheduling appointments.
Select any Acuity appointment to view the details of the booking.
You can also reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment.
Click on Cancel.
In order to complete cancellation, click on 'Yes, cancel appointment'.
Click on Reschedule.
Select the date and time at which you wish to reschedule the appointment.
Reschedule the appointment to the selected time.
Click on 'Event Links'.
You can now view all the Acuity events listed along with their booking links.
Click on 'Open' to be redirected to the booking link of the event.
Click on 'Copy' to share the booking link with any contact.
Select any Acuity event from the 'All Appointments' drop-down to access the booking link for a specific event.
View the latest appointments booked at the bell icon within the application.
Click on the bell icon.
Here you can view the latest and viewed appointments booked which would be differentiated for ease.
Select any notification to be redirected to the appointment booked.
You can also access the contact associated from the notification.
Within the application, click on your Ulgebra profile.
View the application settings at the settings page.
User Management (For Freshsales Admin)
Select 'Manage App Users'.
Using the feature the Freshsales Suite admin can manage the users and allow users to share a common Acuity Scheduling account which is authorized by the admin.
Here you can view all the Freshsales Suite users.
Click on Add to enable users to use the Acuity Scheduling account.
Click on Remove to disable users from this feature.
The admin can also Add all or Remove all users.
Within the account of the Freshsales Suite user, the user can view the invite sent by the admin at the extension settings page.
Accept the invite.
Select the admin account to complete Acuity Scheduling authorization using the admin account.
Select Incoming events sync.
Enable incoming events to receive the Acuity events booked into Freshsales Suite.
In case you do not wish to receive the meetings booked by non-existing contacts, enable the option 'Ignore events from NEW customers'.
You can view the list of Acuity events available.
Enable the events you wish to receive incoming events from.
Disable the events you do not wish to receive incoming events from.
Click on 'Open in New Tab' to access the extension at all times in a separate tab.
Select 'App Usage Analytics'.
Here you can view the statistics of the usage of the integration.
Select 'Reset App Configurations'.
Enter 'confirm' and click on Reset.
All the data of the application would be deleted.
