Go to any of the HubSpot contacts/deals/tickets or companies modules and click the "Send Message" option under the "MessageBird Conversations" option on the right panel.
Click your profile at the top right to view the additional features.

How to get desktop notifications of MessageBird messages?
Step 1: Go to any of the HubSpot contacts. Click the "Send Message" option on the right panel under the "MessageBird conversations" option.
Click the profile and check for the option "Message Notifications".
Now, enter the user's email ID in the space provided and click the "Add User" option.
Step 2: After adding the user, copy the "Subscriber Invite Link" and share it with the respective user for configuring the incoming message notifications on their desktop.
Step 3: The user has to copy and paste the invite link into their chrome browser.
The user has to enable the notification and sign in to Ulgebra using the mail Id invited by the admin to receive notifications.
Step 6: Now, once an incoming message is received, the user will get notified of the message.
Once you click the notification, you can view the received incoming message and will be re-directed to the corresponding HubSpot contact details.

How to share account credentials with other users?
Go to any of the HubSpot contacts. Click the "Send Message" option on the right panel under the "MessageBird Conversations" option.
Click the profile and check for the option "Manage App Users" to grant permission to users to access the extension and send MessageBird messages to clients.
In the admin system, view the list of users and add the users who want to use your credentials to send MessageBird messages to clients.
On the user system
The user while re-authorizing the MessageBird account, they can either use the account shared by their admin or else they can use their own account for sending messages. To configure their own account click on the "Use another account" option
