The extension "Pinnacle for Hubspot" will make communication faster, easier, and more convenient for people to connect globally. This extension thus helps to catch customers without any lack of time and communication.

Application Installation
Step 1: Go to Hubspot Marketplace and check for the application "Pinnacle SMS and WhatsApp for Hubspot". Click "Install App" for installing the app in Hubspot. You will be re-directed to the extension settings page for authorizing your accounts. Click "Authorize Now" to authorize your Hubspot account.
Step 2: Select the check box and choose the Hubspot account.
Step 3: Now, for authorizing your Pinnacle account, enter your Pinnacle API key in the space provided and click "Authorize Now".
Step 4: You can view your authorized Hubspot account and the Pinnacle balance by clicking your profile picture. If you are going to use WhatsApp channel, then you have to add/update your WABA API key which you can get from your Pinnacle account.
Step 5: Enter your WABA API key and click "Authorize Now" to authorize the credential.
This is the setup and installation of the application "Pinnacle SMS and WhatsApp for Hubspot".
Application working
1) Send messages to Hubspot contacts
Step 1: Go to any of the Hubspot contacts and scroll down to the right to check for the option "Send Pinnacle Message".
Step 2: Select the sender ID, add multiple participants if required, and type your message or choose approved templates in case of WhatsApp message and click the "Send SMS" option for the messages to be sent.
Step 3: In the case of WhatsApp, click the "Other" option and enter your WhatsApp sender ID in the space provided. Once entered, click the "Save for Later" option for fetching the sender ID later.
2) Send Pinnacle messages to Hubspot companies
Go to any of the Hubspot companies and scroll down at the right to check for the option "Send Pinnacle Message". You can also view the sent messages or history of messages under the "Activity" option.
3) Send Pinnacle messages to Hubspot deals
Go to any of the Hubspot deals and scroll down at the right to check for the option "Send Pinnacle Message". You can also view the sent messages or history of messages under the "Activity" option.
4) Send Pinnacle messages to Hubspot Tickets
Go to any of the Hubspot tickets and scroll down at the right to check for the option "Send Pinnacle Message". You can also view the sent messages or history of messages under the "Activity" option.
5) View the history of messages inside each Hubspot contact, companies, deals and tickets
For viewing the sent Pinnacle messages, click the "Filter Activity" option and enable the "Pinnacle SMS and WhatsApp" option by selecting the check box.
6) Send messages to clients using HubSpot workflow
Step 1: Under "Automation", click the option "Workflows" to create a new workflow.
Step 2: Click "Create Workflow" option to create a new workflow.
Step 3: Create the workflow from the scratch and name your workflow. Click "Next" to proceed further.
Step 4: Set up the trigger or the condition for the workflow to be triggered. Select the condition and "Save" it.
Step 5: Once you have setup all the conditions and filters, Save it.
Step 6: Now, setup the action for the trigger by clicking the "+" symbol.
Step 7: Select "Send Pinnacle SMS/WhatsApp" option to send automated messages to clients.
Step 8: Enter the workflow code in the space provided.
Step 9: You can get the workflow code by following the flow as Any Hubspot contact --> Send Pinnacle message card at the bottom right --> Click the profile --> Workflows.
Step 10: You have the code for sending both SMS and WhatsApp messages. Copy the code based on the messages you want to send which is either a SMS or WhatsApp message.
Step 11: Fill the required values in the place of "Fill_here". Example: The "From" value should be the Sender ID. Once you have entered all the values, click "Save".
SMS parameters:
"sender" - Enter the Pinnacle Sender ID
"number" - Enter the number field of the Hubspot contact (Get using the "Contact Token" option)
"text" - Copy and paste the approved content of the SMS template (Enter the values in the placeholders region or get it from the "Contact Token" option )
WhatsApp parameters:
"from" - Enter the Pinnacle WhatsApp Sender ID
"to" - Enter the number field of the Hubspot contact (Get using the "Contact Token" option)
"templateid" - Enter the approved template ID in the space provided
"URL" - Enter the URL of the media file in the space provided
"placeholders" - Enter the values in the placeholders region or get it from the "Contact Token" option. In case of more placeholders, you can add more.
Step 12: If you want to insert any of the values from the Hubspot fields, then click the "Contact Token" option and then search the field and fetch it.
Step 13: Now, click "Review and Publish" to activate the created workflow.
Step 14: Select the condition for the contact enrollment and click "Turn On".
Step 15: Now your new workflow is created and it is active.
