Ulgebra Twilio Integration for Hubspot CRM

WhatsApp Channel

For enabling Twilio WhatsApp Channel, there is a process of signing up a request to access the channel. Twilio approved templates are required inorder to initiate a conversation with your clients. The process of the same can be found here. The two types of messages available with this channel is template message and session message.

Step 2: You will be re-directed to the extension settings page. Authorize your Hubspot CRM by clicking the "Authorize Now" option.

Step 3: Choose your Hubspot account by selecting the check box and then click "Choose Account".

Step 4: Now, a set of app accessing request will be displayed. Kindly go through the same and accept it by clicking the "Connect App" option.

Step 5: Select the check box displayed as "I'm not a robot".

Step 6: Now, you can view that your Hubspot account is authorized successfully. For authorizing your Twilio account, enter your Twilio credentials which you will be getting from your Twilio console.

Step 7: Copy your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token from your Twilio login.

Step 8: Paste the credentials in the extension settings page and click "Authorize Now".

Step 9: Now, your Twilio account is successfully authorized. Enter your default country code and save the settings. Your Twilio number will be added in default or else click the "Add number" option to add the Twilio number.

Step 10: Click "Add Senders in Twilio" option to add the numbers.

Step 11: Click "Add Senders" option to add the number to the Ulgebra service.

Step 12: Select the sender type as Phone number and click "Continue".

Step 13: Select the Twilio number you want to assign to the service and then click the "Add Phone numbers" option.

Step 14: Now, once you refresh the settings page and check, you will find your Twilio number added successfully.

Step 15: You can also find that the integration status as "Enabled" and it is now ready to use.

This is the installation and setup of the application "Ulgebra Twilio SMS Integration".

Step 2: Choose the Twilio channel for sending messages to clients. You can choose either the SMS channel or the WhatsApp channel.

Step 3: Type your message in the text box and click Send or else click "Enter" for the message to be sent.

2) Send messages to clients using HubSpot workflow

Step 1: Under "Automation", click the option "Workflows" to create a new workflow.

Step 2: Click "Create Workflow" option to create a new workflow.

Step 3: Create the workflow from the scratch and name your workflow. Click "Next" to proceed further.

Step 4: Set up the trigger or the condition for the workflow to be triggered. Select the condition and "Save" it.

Step 5: Once you have setup all the conditions and filters, Save it.

Step 6: Now, setup the action for the trigger by clicking the "+" symbol.

Step 7: Select "Send Twilio WhatsApp/SMS" option to send automated Twilio messages to clients.

Step 8: Enter all the required details like the approved message template, phone field, Twilio credentials and country code, etc., Once all the values are entered, Save it.

Step 9: Now, click "Review and Publish" to activate the created workflow.

Step 10: Select the condition for the contact enrollment and click "Turn On".

Step 11: Now your new workflow is created and it is active.

3) View the history of messages inside the Hubspot contact

Step 1: Click any of the Hubspot contacts. Click the filter activity inside the contact and select the option "Ulgebra Twilio SMS Integration" under the "Integrations".

Step 2: Once done, you can view all the sent and received Twilio messages inside the Hubspot contacts.
