Go to any of the HubSpot contacts/deals/tickets or companies modules and click the "Send Message" option under the Twilio option on the right panel.
Click your profile at the top right to view the additional features.
View your authorized HubSpot and Twilio accounts. You can also re-authorize your accounts.
Get the workflow webhook URL and parameters.

Configure incoming messages feature for WhatsApp sandbox number (Testing purposes only).
Manage the app usage for users.
Step 1: Go to any of the HubSpot contacts. Click the "Send Message" option on the right panel under the "Twilio SMS and WhatsApp" option to send a Twilio message.
Click the profile and check for the option "Incoming messages".
To configure incoming message for WhatsApp sandbox number, click the "Add Numbers Now" option.
Step 2: Click the "Integration" option and copy the Request URL from the Twilio account.
Step 3: Paste the same on the Twilio WhatsApp Sandbox Configuration in both the boxes and "Save" it.
Once done, you can view the incoming messages from the WhatsApp Sandbox number recorded inside the HubSpot contact/deals/tickets or companies module.
Go to any of the HubSpot contacts. Click the "Send Message" option on the right panel under the "Twilio SMS and WhatsApp" option to send a Twilio message.
Click the profile and check for the option "Manage App Users" to grant permission to users to access the extension and send Twilio messages to clients.
In the admin system, view the list of users and add the users who want to use your credentials to send Twilio messages to clients.
Once added, now in the user system, you can view the account shared by the admin or you can also use the "Use another account" option to configure a new Twilio account with your HubSpot account.
