Calendly Events for Leadsquared

Step 2: After installing the chrome extension, select "Leadsuqared Integrations"

Step 3: Install Calendly for Leadsquared extension

Step 4: Initially you have to sign in to Ulgebra to proceed further. You can either use the "Sign in with email" option or else you can use the "Sign in with Google" option.
Note: The sign-in mail doesn't have to be your Calendly login mail. You have to use your Leadsquared mail for signing in.

Step 5: After signing in, initially you have to authorize your Leadsquared account by entering your Leadsquared API key and secret key. You can use the "Get here" option available to get redirected to the page to get your Leadsquared credentials.

Step 6: Copy your Access key and the secret key and paste it in the given space. After entering the credentials click on "Authorize Now".

Step 3: Now, authorize your Calendly account by entering your Calendly access token in the given space and clicking the "Authorize Now" option. You can get your access token by clicking the "Get Here" option.

Step 4: Now, you will be redirected to your Calendly account where under the "Integrations" section, you can create a new access token using the "Get a token now" option.

Step 5: Get a note of the displayed message and click "Continue".

Step 6: Enter the name of the access token and click the "Create token" option.

Step 7: Give "Copy token" option to copy the access token from the Calendly account.

Step 10: Now, you can sync the incoming Calendly events and select the LeadSquared module in which you want to add the new Calendly appointments. Enable or Disable the required meetings that have to be synced with the LeadSquared.

Step 11: Once done, you can view all the Calendly users/agents and their corresponding Calendly events. You can select any of them and view the upcoming and past events under the "Events History" option.

You can also book new appointments using the "New appointment" option available and view or copy the Calendly event booking links from the "Events Links" section.

Now you have sucessfully authorized your Leadsquared and Calendly account.

This is the installation and authorization of the application "Calendly Events for Leadsquared".

Step 2: Select any of the Calendly users to assign the event/host and select the type of aapointment you wish to schedule with the client.

Step 3: Select the event date and time and confirm the same.

Step 4: Enter all the required details and click the "Schedule Event" option to schedule the appointment.

Step 5: Now, you will get a confirmation regarding the booked appointment.

Step 6: Whenever a new person books an appointment with you, you will receive them inside the Leadsquared. Also, a new lead will be created for the meeting booked by new clients. Also, you can able to receive notifications inside your Leadsquared.

This is how you can schedule and receive appointment inside your Leadsquared from Calendly.

Step 2: To check the events user-wise, click the option "Events History", click the Calendly user and view the upcoming and past meetings booked with that client.

Step 3: You can also use the "New appointment" option to schedule a new meeting with the client by selecting the event type and event date and time.

Step 4: Use the "Event Links" option to get and copy the booking link. Click "Open" to redirect to the booking page. Click the "Get single-use link" to copy the event booking link.

In this way, you can view the Calendly events inside Leadsquared.

Step 2: If you click the "Reschedule Event" option, then select the re-scheduling date and time and confirm the same.

Step 3: Provide the reason for re-scheduling the event and click the "Update Event" option so that the meeting details will be updated.

Step 4: If you give the "Cancel Event" option, enter the reason for the event cancellation and click the "Yes, Cancel" option.

Step 5: Once done, you can view the updated meeting status under the "Events History".

Step 6: Now, if you click the meeting details, you can view the reason for the cancellation or re-scheduling. You can also check whether the meeting is only canceled or canceled and re-scheduled at the bottom of the meeting details.

Thus, in this way, you can either re-schedule or cancel the meeting from LeadSquared.
