Leadsquared Integrations Installation Guide
Overview
Integrate your preferred communication channel with Leadsquared using Ulgebra integrations to enhance all your interactions. Access a wide range of messaging services at the Ulgebra Apps Marketplace including Twilio, MessageBird, RingCentral, WABA and many more. Select and install the application to utilize the most suitable messaging service for all your business needs from Leadsquared.
Some of the features include two-way communication, in-app notifications and conversation inbox. The Leadsquared admin can allow multiple users to share a single account with the SMS provider without sharing the account credentials.
Pre-requisites
Must have an account with the required messaging service
Must have message senders or channels from the messaging service
Must install the AppCursor Chrome extension
Working
Message from Lead
Within any Lead you can view the icons for the integrated messaging services adjacent to ‘Lead Details’. Select the provider you wish to send the message from.
Select the message sender to send the message from.
You can also include additional contacts using the ‘Add Recipients’ option.
Enter the message to be sent or insert a message template. Send the message to the Lead.
Personalized Messages
Select the desired Leads from the Leads page and click on the Ulgebra icon. You can now view the icons of the integrated messaging services. Select the provider to send the message from.
Select the message sender and include the required contacts.
Insert a template or enter the message. Send personalized messages to the selected contacts.
Visit the Ulgebra Apps Marketplace.
Click on Install under the preferred messaging service.
Enter the Leadsquared account credentials.
Authorize your Leadsquared account.
Enter the credentials of the account with the messaging service to be integrated.
Authorize the messaging service account.
Admin Settings
User Management
The Leadsquared admin can allow multiple users to share a single account with the messaging service.
Add the Leadsquared users who are to access the account and remove the users to disable the feature.
This way the account credentials need not be shared by the admin and the users can authorize the account with just a click.
Incoming Messages
Within the application settings page, select 'Incoming events sync'.
Enable and configure incoming messages from the SMS provider to sync your conversations within Leadsquared.
Desktop Notifications
The Leadsquared admin can enable multiple users to receive desktop notifications for the incoming messages.
Enter the email id of the user (containing an Ulgebra account) and invite the user.
The added user would be able to receive desktop notifications once they have accepted the invite.
App Usage Analytics
Access the analytics and track the usage of the application within Leadsquared.
Additional Features
Conversation Inbox
The Inbox contains all the conversations held using the messaging service in one place.
Select any conversation to view the complete history of chats and send messages to the contact.
Also, filter conversations and search for a specific conversation using the contact number.
Real-time Notifications
Receive in-app notifications for the incoming messages.
Click on the bell icon within the application to view the notifications and access the associated Lead within Leadsquared.
Message History
Access the record of each message sent and received within the respective Lead under the ‘Activity History’ section.
Here you can view the details of each message.
