RingCentral SMS Integration for Leadsquared
Step 3:
After successful authentication of Leadsquared & RingCentral, you can view the RingCentral icon within Leadsquared.

Features

Pre-requisites
Must be a user of Leadsquared CRM
Must have a RingCentral account
Installation
Install the AppCursor Chrome extension on your browser.
Visit the Ulgebra Apps Marketplace for Leadsquared.
Under RingCentral, click on 'Install RingCentral for Leadsquared'.
Enter your Leadsquared domain.
In order to access the Leadsquared credentials, click on your Leadsquared profile.
Select Settings.
Select API and Webhooks.
Select API Access Keys.
Here you can obtain the Leadsquared Access Key and Secret Key.
Enter the Leadsquared credentials.
Click on 'Authorize Now' to authorize Leadsquared account.
Click on 'Authorize' to proceed to RingCentral authorization.
Sign in to your RingCentral account.
Authorize the RingCentral account.
RingCentral SMS has now been integrated with Leadsquared CRM.
Integration Features
Message Leads
Go to any of your Leadsquared Leads.
Click on the Ulgebra icon.
Select RingCentral.
Click on the Choose Sender drop-down.
Select the RingCentral SMS sender.
Click on 'Add Recipients' to include additional contacts.
Select the country code and enter the contact number.
Click on 'Add'.
Enter the default country code.
Select the condition for the application of the default country code.
The conditions available are as follows:
do not add country code
The default country code can be ignored using this option and can be used if all the contacts in Leadsquared contain a country code.
add for all phone numbers
In case the contact numbers in Leadsquared do not contain a country code, you can use this option to add the country code to all the phone numbers.
add if phone number starts with 0
In case some of saved contact numbers begin with 0, you can use this option to add the default country code to such numbers alone
add if phone number not starts with country code
Using the option the default country code would be added to contact numbers that do not contain a country code alone. In case the number contains a country code, the default country code will be ignored.
Enter the message.
Enter '#' to insert a placeholder within the message.
Select the required Lead field from the drop-down.
You can also insert a message template.
Enter '/' and select the message template to be inserted.
Include emojis and placeholders if required.
Send the RingCentral SMS to Leadsquared Lead.
Bulk Message
Select the required contacts on the Leads page of Leadsquared.
Click on the Ulgebra icon.
Select RingCentral.
Select the RingCentral SMS sender to send the bulk message.
Include multiple contact numbers using the 'Add Recipients' option.
Enter the message or insert a message template.
Send the RingCentral bulk SMS to Leadsquared contacts.
Extension Settings
Click on the Ulgebra icon within the application to access the extension settings page.
You can now view the general features, admin settings and advanced settings of the extension.
RingCentral Tab
Select 'Open in New Tab'.
You can now access RingCentral for Leadsquared in a separate tab at all times.
RingCentral User Management
The Leadsquared admin can allow users to use a shared RingCentral account.
Select 'Manage App Users'.
You can now view the list of Leadsquared users available.
Add users to allow them to use your RingCentral account.
Remove users to disable them from this feature.
You can also Add all and Remove all users.
Incoming Settings
Select 'Incoming events sync'.
Enable 'Capture incoming messages' to receive incoming messages from RingCentral.
New Leads would be created for incoming messages from non-existing contacts.
In order to prevent new Leads from being created, enable 'Ignore messages from NEW customers'.
Application Analytics
Select 'App Usage Analytics'.
Here you can view the statistics of the usage of RingCentral for Leadsquared.
Reset Application
Select Reset App Configurations.
Enter 'confirm' in the space provided.
Click on 'Reset'.
All the data of the application has now been deleted.
RingCentral Senders
Add SMS Sender
Click on the 'Choose Senders' drop-down.
Select '+Add New Sender'.
Select the channel type as SMS.
Enter the Sender Id as per RingCentral.
Enter the display name of the sender.
Save the SMS sender.
Default Sender
Click on the pin icon adjacent to the name of the sender.
This sender would be selected by default while sending messages.
Hide Sender
Click on the visibility icon beside the name of the sender.
This sender would be hidden.
Template Messages
Create Template
Enter '/' under Message to access the message templates.
Click on '+ New Template'.
Enter the name of the template.
Enter the content within the template.
Insert placeholders and emojis if required.
Save the message template.
Edit Template
Click on the edit icon adjacent to the name of the template.
Make the required changes.
Save the template.
Delete Template
Click on the delete icon adjacent to the name of the template.
This message template would now be deleted.
