Step 1: Go to Ulgebra Apps Marketplace using the link here.
Step 2: In the next step, select the " Install AppCursor Chrome Extension " option.
Step 3: You will be redirected to the Chrome web store. Click on " Add to Chrome " option.
Step 4: Then click on the " Add Extension " option.
Step 5: By clicking on the Google chrome extension icon, You can view whether the AppCursor chrome extension has been added or not.
Step 6: Go back to the Ulgebra Apps Marketplace using the link here. Scroll down and select the " Leadsquared Integrations " option.
Step 7: In the below dropdown, Select the " Install Twilio for Leadsquared " option.
Step 8:
In the next screen, Copy and Paste the Leadsquared credentials and authorize your Leadsquared account.
If you are unaware of the Leadsquared credentials, Click on the " Get Here " option.
Step 9: Click on the " Get Here " option and you will be redirected to the API Access Keys section inside your Leadsquared account.
Step 10: Copy the Access Key and paste it in the Authorization panel.
Step 11: Click on the " Show Secret Key " option. Then, copy the Secret Key and paste it in the Authorization screen.
Step 12: After entering the Leadsquared credentials, click on the " Authorize Now " option.
Step 13:
In the next screen, Enter the Twilio credentials and click on " Authorize Now " option.
If you are unaware of the Twilio credentials, Click on the " Get Here " option.
Step 14: You will be redirected to the Console page of your Twilio account. Copy and paste the Twilio Account SID and Auth token respectively and click on " Authorize Now " option.
Application configuration
NOTE : If you wish to receive incoming messages inside your Leadsquared account, Please make sure you link your Twilio numbers to your Leadsquared account by following the below steps.
Step 1: Go to any of the Leads inside your Leadsquared account and select the " Appcursor floating widget ". Then, select the Twilio option.
Step 2: In the next screen, select your Profile icon in the Message Pop-Up screen.
Step 3: Then, Select the " Incoming Events Sync " option under the App settings window.
Step 4: You will get the " Incoming messages configuration page " where you can configure your Incoming settings.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the Sender pool page of your Twilio account. Then, Click on the " Add Senders " option.
Step 6: Select the type of your Twilio number and click on the " Continue " option.
Step 7: Select the twilio number and click on " Add Phone Numbers " option.
Step 8: After adding the number, you will be indicated by a pop up message confirming that you have successfully linked your Twilio number to receive incoming messages inside your Leadsquared account. You can also remove the sender by selecting the "Remove" option.
Go back to the Incoming messages configuration page where you can configure your Incoming messages.
Application Working
Send single Twilio Messages to your Lead
Step 1: Go to any of the Leads inside your Leadsquared account and select the " Appcursor floating widget ".
Step 2: In the next step, Click on the Twilio icon.
Step 3: In the next screen, Select the desired sender channel using the " Choose Sender " option.
Step 4: In the next screen, select the required sender channel.
Step 5: You can also add new senders if you wish by clicking on the " Add New Sender " option.
Step 6:
In the next step,
Select the channel type.
Enter the Sender ID.
Enter the desired display name and click on " Save Sender " option.
Step 7: Click on the " Send SMS " option after entering the message.
Step 8: You can view the status of the message in the next screen.

Send Twilio Messages to your Leads list
Step 1: Select the leads and click on the Appcursor icon.
Step 2: Then click on the Twilio icon. Messaging Pop-Up window will appear.
Step 3: Enter the country code with " + " infront in the Default country code section and choose the option as " Do not add country code " if all of the recipient's number is already with country code.
Step 4:
Select the " Add for all phone numbers " option if none of the Recipient's number is with the country code.
Select the " Add if phone number not starts with the country code " option if some of the Recipient's number is with the country code.
Step 5: Select the " Add if phone number starts with zero " option if you wish to add country code to the Recipient's numbers which starts with zero.
Step 6:
Include the custom fields into your text content by using the " User fields " and " Leads fields " option.
Add the emoji's to make your statements much more expressive using the Emoji's Keyboard.
Step 7: Attach any media files along with the text messages and select the " Send Whatsapp " option.
Step 8: In the next screen, You can view the status of the messages which were sent.
Manage App Users
You can manage your Leadsquared users who can utilize your Twilio account to send and receive messages.
Step 1: Select your Profile icon in the Message Pop-Up screen.
Step 2: Then select the " Manage App Users " option under the App settings window.
Step 3: In the next step add your Leadsquared users.
Step 4: After adding them , You can also remove all of them at once or individually.
Field mapping
You can automatically sync your Twilio fields with your Leadsquared fields.
Step 1: Select your Profile icon in the Message Pop-Up screen.
Step 2: In the next screen, select the " Fields Mapping for Sync " option.
Step 3: You will be redirected to the Field mapping creation page.
Step 4: Enter the name of the field mapping as per your convenience and select the " Default - For all events " option to apply field mapping to all of your Twilio numbers.
Step 5: Select the option as " When incoming messages received to " and enter your twilio number along with the country code in the value section to apply field mapping to that specific Twilio number.
Step 6: Select the module as Leads and click on any recent messages If you apply this field mapping for all of your Twilio numbers.
Step 7: Select the module as Leads and select the message which you received to that particular Twilio number which you have entered in the above value section.
Step 8: Map the corresponding Twilio fields with the Leadsquared fields and save the field mapping by selecting the " Save Field Mapping " option.
Step 9: You can view and manage your saved field mappings here.
Desktop notifications
This feature will avail you to receive Desktop notifications while you receive an incoming message.
Step 1: Click on the " Message Notifications " option in the Ulgebra App settings page.
Step 2: In the next screen, Enter your google mail ID in which you wish to receive desktop notifications and select the " Add User " option.
Step 3: In the next screen, Copy the link using the " Copy link " option and paste it in the respective google chrome browser.
Step 4: After pasting it click on the google search button. You will get a Pop-up screen. Please click on the " Allow " button.
Step 5: All of your Ulgebra apps will be listed below. Please click on the " Start Receiving notifications on this browser " option with the respective extension and make sure " Receive local notification " option is enabled at top.
Step 6: You can manage your desktop notifications here.
Step 7: You will receive desktop notifications after following the above steps.
App Usage Analytics
You can view various types of statistics on usage of this application.
Step 1: Click on the " App Usage Analytics " option in the App settings page.
Click on the " Credit spent " option to view your usage reports on Ulgebra credits.
NOTE : Each message through Ulgebra UI, Workflow, Incoming messages inside the CRM will consume Ulgebra credits.
Click on the " Message sent from UI " option to view the record of outgoing messages date wise.
