Pipedrive is a Customer Relationship Management software which acts as a account - management tool and assists in marketing and sales growth. It helps to automatically trace calls, emails and synchronize them with tasks. Compared with calls and emails, SMS are more convenient way for communication and they can reach customers instantly and the customers can view the messages quickly. Hence, this extension was developed to act as a bridge between the Pinnacle and Pipedrive platforms.

Pinnacle Teleservices is an emerging SMS solution provider and also provides call solutions. The extension "Pinnacle for Pipedrive" will make communication faster, easier, and more convenient for people to connect globally from Pipedrive. This extension thus helps to catch customers easily and at prompt time without any lack of communication.

Application installation and working

Step 1: Go to the Pipedrive marketplace and search for the application "Pinnacle for Pipedrive" and click the "Install Now" option to install the application.

Step 2: Go through the set of terms and conditions and click the "Allow and Install" option to install the app in the Pipedrive account.

Step 3: Go to any of the Pipedrive contacts and click the "Send Pinnacle SMS" option found at the top right corner.

Step 4: Now, authorize your Pinnacle account by entering the Pinnacle API key and WABA ID which you can get from your Pinnacle account.

Step 5: You can now select the Sender ID from the drop-down. Add multiple numbers by using the "Add recipient" option. Select the approved templates from the drop-down to send the message to the client.

Step 6: Once the message is sent, you will get notified of the sent messages inside Pipedrive.

Step 7: Select the number of Pipedrive contacts to whom you want to send messages and click the "Send Pinnacle SMS" option at the top right.

Step 8: Once you have sent messages, the notification of the status of the sent messages will be displayed.

Step 9: Now, to add an additional sender, click the "Add New Sender" option. You also have the option to pin the Sender in default.

Step 10: Now, select the type of channel that you want to add. Enter the Sender ID and Display Name. Select the visibility of the Sender ID and click the "Save Sender" option.

Step 11: Now, refresh the page and check that the new sender is added to the list.

Step 12: You also have the option to pin the Sender to make it as default and you can also delete the created sender. If the selected sender is a WhatsApp Sender, then select the approved WhatsApp template and send the same to the clients.

Step 13: Once you have selected the template, enter the values of the placeholders and click the "Send WhatsApp" option.

Step 14: Once the message is sent, you will get notified of the status of the sent WhatsApp message.

Step 15: Go to any of the Pipedrive deals and send messages using the "Send Pinnacle SMS" option.

Step 16: Select the number of Pipedrive deals to whom you want to send messages and use the "Send Pinnacle SMS" option to send messages to deals.

Step 17: You can view the Pinnacle messages added as notes inside each Pipedrive contact.

Step 18: You can view the Pinnacle messages added as notes inside each Pipedrive deal.

Thus, in this way you can send Pinnacle messages inside Pipedrive and connect with your customers easily. This is the installation and working of the app "Pinnacle for Pipedrive".
