Installation

• Visit the Pipedrive App Marketplace where you can find the application Stripe for Pipedrive.

• Click on 'Install Now'.

• We now have to authorize the Pipedrive account.

• Click on 'Allow and Install'.

• Go to any Pipedrive contact and access Stripe for Pipedrive.

• We now have to authorize the Stripe account.

• Click on 'Get here' to obtain the Stripe Secret Key.

• Copy the Stripe Secret Key.

• Enter it under Stripe Secret API Key.

• Click on 'Authorize'.

• The Stripe account has now been authorized.  

Applications

Invoices

• Access the Invoices section within the app.

• You can view all the Stripe invoices of this particular contact here along with the invoice number, amount and status.

• Click on any invoice to view the complete details of the specific invoice.

• Click on 'PDF' to download the invoice.

• Click on 'View Payment Link' to be redirected to the payment link on Stripe.

• The payment link can be shared with customers to complete the payment and download the invoice or receipt. 

Payments

• Click on 'Payments' within the app to the Stripe Payments associated with the Pipedrive contact.

• Here you can view the amount and Status of the payment.

• Click on the payment to view the complete details of Stripe.

Extension Settings

• Click on your Ulgebra profile within the app to access the settings page.

Open in New Tab

• Click in 'Open in New Tab'.

• You would be redirected to a new page containing Stripe for Pipedrive.

• Search for any email id to view the Invoices and Payments associated with a particular contact.

Stripe User Management

• Within the settings page, select 'Manage App Users'.

• Here you can view the list of Pipedrive users.

• Click on 'Add' to allow the Pipedrive user to access the app using your Stripe account.

• Click on 'Remove' to disable the feature for this user.
