Freshdesk Inside WhatsApp web

We do not store your numbers or messages in our servers. They will just be stored in your browser's local storage.

>> Data Collected by Extension (from Freshdesk are as follows)

Contacts all the field details (Eg: Name, Phone number, notes, etc.,) from Freshdesk that you wish to see from the WhatsApp web and tickets assciated with those contacts.

When you select any number from your WhatsApp webchat, the extension will fetch the details of the contact associated with that number from Freshdesk and the fetched data will be stored in your browsers local storage.

>> Data Deletion from Extension Storage

We will fetch the details of the Freshdesk contact matching the WhatsApp number in your WhatsApp, once the information is fetched the information will be displayed on our extensions interface temporarily from the extension's storage. On closing the WhatsApp web tab the stored information will be deleted from the extension's storage.
