Pre-requisites
Must be a Salesforce CRM user.
Must be a Calendly user.
Must have a Professional plan on Calendly.
Install the AppCursor Chrome extension.
Features

Installation
Add the AppCursor Chrome extension to your browser.
Visit the Ulgebra Apps Marketplace for Salesforce CRM.
Under Calendly, click on 'Install Calendly for Salesforce'.
Sign in to Ulgebra using your Salesforce account email id.
Click on 'Authorize Now' to proceed to Salesforce authorization.
Click on 'Allow' to authorize the Salesforce account.
Enter the Calendly Personal Access Token.
Authorize the Calendly account.
Calendly for Salesforce has now been setup
Applications
Schedule Appointment
Go to any Salesforce contact.
Click on the Calendly icon at the panel on top.
Select the Calendly agent for whom you wish to schedule the appointment.
Select the Calendly event.
Select the timezone, date and time for the appointment.
Click on 'Confirm'.
Enter the additional booking details.
Click on 'Copy Lead fields' to obtain the details from the contact fields.
Select the required field from the drop-down to obtain the value.
Schedule the Calendly appointment.
You would now receive the confirmation for the appointment booked.
Contact History
Click on 'Events History'.
You can now view the Calendly appointments of the contact.
Click on 'Show Past Meetings' to view the history of completed appointments.
Select any appointment to view the booking details.
You can also reschedule or cancel any upcoming appointment.
Booking Links
Select 'Event Links'.
Select the Calendly agent whose booking link you wish to access.
You can now view the Calendly events of the agent.
Click on open beneath the event to access the booking link.
Click on 'Get single-use' link to obtain a one-time booking link.
Click on 'Copy single-use link' to copy and share the one-time link.
Real-time Notifications
Click on the bell icon within the application.
Here, you can view the notifications for the Calendly appointments booked.
Click on 'Enable Now'.
Enable the option 'Enable Desktop Notifications on this device'.
You can now receive desktop notifications for the Calendly appointments booked.
Calendly Dashboard
Click on your Ulgebra profile.
Select 'Open in New Tab'.
Here you can view the history of all the Calendly appointments.
Select any Calendly agent to view the appointments of a particular agent.
Search for any email id to view the appointments of a specific contact.
Select any appointment to view the booking details.
You can also reschedule or cancel the upcoming appointment.
Click on 'Reschedule Event'.
Select the date and time to reschedule.
Enter the causes for rescheduling.
Click on 'Update event'.
Click on 'Cancel Event'.
Enter the causes for canceling.
Click on 'Yes, cancel'.
Calendly History
Access the Calendar module of Salesforce.
Here you can view the history of all the Calendly appointments.
Select any appointment to view the complete details of the Calendly meeting.
Extension Settings
Click on your profile within the application to access the settings page.
Calendly User Management
The Salesforce admin can enable multiple uses to use a single Calendly account.
Select 'Manage App Users'.
You can now view the list of Salesforce users within the organization.
Click on 'Add' to allow the user to utilize the Calendly account.
Click on 'Remove' to disable the feature for the user.
You can 'Add all' and 'Remove all' users if required.
Within the user account, access the application settings page.
Here you can view the invitation from the admin.
Accept the invitation.
Select the admin account to authorize Calendly.
App Analytics
Select 'App Usage Analytics' to track the usage of the application.
Reset Application
Select 'Reset App Configurations'.
Enter 'confirm' within the space provided.
Click on Reset.
