Initiating new conversation

You can only Send WhatsApp Approved Template Messages

You can reply with any message.


> Customer did not reply to Template Message

You can only send Template message again.

Replying to conversation

You can only reply within 24 hours after first message from recipient.

> 24 Hours exceeded to reply

Normal messages will be rejected by WhatsApp.

You can only send Template message again.

Replying to conversation after 24 hours

You can only Send WhatsApp Approved Template Messages

Your message is failed to send?

  • You might have sent normal message instead of template message as first message

  • You might have tried to reply after 24 hours of the recipient's last message

  • Your may not have sufficient credits in MessageBird or Twilio to send message

  • You may have sent unsupported message media
