How to get approved numbers and templates?
Kindly make sure you have the below details with you for the WhatsApp API registration.
1. Any number without an active WhatsApp account
2. Facebook business page(Make sure you are the admin of the page)

Note: Once the number is approved, you can use that number only with the CRM application.

1.Ulgebra subscription charges:
The monthly subscription charges (Classic Plan) to Ulgebra can be found at the link below. The plan has to be purchased per user and it will be renewed automatically every month.
Need additional credits?
Additional Ulgebra credits can also be purchased using the link here. These additional credits will be renewed automatically every three months and can be used along with the active monthly plan only.

Ulgebra credits usage
For each outgoing and incoming message, 0.1 credit will be deducted.
In the case of workflow messages, 0.2 credits will be deducted.
The credits have no expiry date. The unused credits will stay in the Ulgebra account and can be used at any time.
24-hour session window and templates
User-initiated session:
The customer initiates the message.
Within 24 hours, the business/organization can reply to the query with any messages.
But if it is after 24 hours, only approved template messages can be sent from the organization's end.
Business-initiated session:
The business or organization initiates the message. While initiating a new conversation or sending out messages to customers, only approved templates can be sent.
Note: In both cases, once the organization has replied, the 24-hour session window starts. And, there can be "n" number of messages in a 24-hour session window.
