Once the number and templates are approved, the application is easy to set up and the features meet all your requirements. Using this tool, you can easily get notified of customers' messages and send an instant reply. Thus, just stay within Zoho CRM and make WhatsApp communication easier using this application.

Should have Zoho CRM account.
Should have approved WhatsApp number from Facebook.

How to get approved numbers and templates?
Kindly make sure you have the below details with you for the WhatsApp API registration.
1. Any number without an active WhatsApp account
2. Facebook business page(Make sure you are the admin of the page)

Note: Once the number is approved, you can use that number only with the CRM application.

1.Ulgebra subscription charges:
The monthly subscription charges (Classic Plan) to Ulgebra can be found at the link below. The plan has to be purchased per user and it will be renewed automatically every month.
Need additional credits?
Additional Ulgebra credits can also be purchased using the link here. These additional credits will be renewed automatically every three months and can be used along with the active monthly plan only.

Ulgebra credits usage
For each outgoing and incoming message, 0.1 credit will be deducted.
In the case of workflow messages, 0.2 credits will be deducted.
The credits have no expiry date. The unused credits will stay in the Ulgebra account and can be used at any time.
Application Installation
Step 1: Go to the marketplace and install the application in your CRM.
Step 2: Authorize your Zoho CRM account.
Step 3: Contact us to authorize your WABA account and to get connected with the CRM.
Application features
1) Send single WhatsApp messages
Step 1: Go to any of the leads/contacts/deals/accounts and click the "Send WhatsApp - WABA" option.
Step 2: Select the Sender, default country code (If the recipient number does not contain the country code with it), enter the message or attachments, and click the "Send WhatsApp" option.
3) Create and manage templates inside CRM
Step 1: Click the "Add New Template" option under Templates inside the app interface.
Step 2: Provide a name for the template, enter the template message and use the user or lead fields if required.
Emojis can also be added to the template messages. Once entered, click the "Save Template" option to save the template.
4) View the message history inside individual CRM leads/contacts
Step 1: Go to any of the leads/contacts and find the "WABA Inbox" option on the left side added as a related list.
In the inbox, you can view the one-to-one chats made with that customer.
Step 2: Also, the messages will be added under the WhatsApp History section.
Step 3: Once you click any WhatsApp history, you will be redirected the the "WhatsApp History" module separately to view the record of all the outgoing and incoming messages.
Step 4: Use the "Manage Columns" option to view many details of the mesage history in the list view.
5) View real-time incoming messages in WABA inbox
Step 1: Click the three dots at the top right and search for the option "WABA Inbox".
Step 2: View all the conversations in one place.
Click any one of the conversations and view the one-to-one messages.
Send a reply from the inbox.
View the incoming message notifications at the top right inside the inbox.
In case of multiple users, assign chats to individual users.
6) Add additional senders
Step 1: Under Choose Sender option, click the "Add New Sender" option.
Step 2: Select the channel type, enter the sender ID, and display name. Once done, use the "Save Sender" option to save the WhatsApp sender.
Step 3: Now, you can fetch the newly created sender from the drop-down. You can also perform the below actions.
Pin the sender in default.
Hide the sender's visibility to other users.
Delete or remove the sender.
