This application connects Calendly with Zendesk Support in a few easy steps and has a good interface to book meetings with people. Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation can all be done just by staying from Zendesk Support itself. The application gives a complete record of all the upcoming events, past events, and their corresponding status. Quick notifications of booked meetings in the application help easy tracking of events and make us available for meetings on time. Hence, if you are using this application, then you can get connected to your partners/customers without any delay and lack of communication.

Installation
Visit the Zendesk Marketplace to access the application Calendly Events for Support.
Click on 'Install'.
Select the Zendesk account to add the application to.
Enter the Calendly Personal Access Token.
Install the Calendly for Zendesk Support app.
Click on the Calendly icon at the panel on the left to access the application.
Enter the Zendesk account domain.
Click on 'Authorize Now' to authorize your Zendesk account.
Calendly has now been integrated into your Zendesk account.
Applications
Customer Appointments
Go to any Zendesk Customer.
Access Calendly Events for Support within the Apps section on the right.
Select the Calendly agent to book an appointment for.
Select the Calendly event.
Select the date of the appointment.
Select the time to book the appointment.
Enter the booking details.
Copy any of the contact fields available.
Schedule the Calendly appointment.
Receive the booking confirmation and access the appointment ticket created.
Calendly Tickets
Access the Calendly appointment tickets to view the booking details.
Also, access the Calendly app within the ticket under Apps.
Select the Calendly agent to schedule appointment.
Select the Calendly event.
Select the date of appointment.
Select the time of appointment.
Enter the booking details.
Schedule the Calendly appointment.
Calendly Dashboard
Click on the Calendly icon at the panel on the left to access the Calendly Dashboard.
Here you can schedule a Calendly appointment for any agent.
Select Events History to view the History of all the Calendly appointments.
View the Calendly appointments history of a particular or all Calendly agents.
Search for any email id to view the appointments of a particular contact.
Select any appointment to view the booking details.
You can also modify the appointment here.
Click on Reschedule Event.
Select the date and time to reschedule.
Enter the reason for scheduling.
Update the event.
In order to cancel the appointment, click on Cancel Event.
Enter the reason for cancellation.
Click on 'Cancel Event'.
Calendly Booking Links
Click on Event Links.
Select the Calendly agent to obtain the booking link.
Click on 'Open' to access the Calendly event.
Click on 'Get single-use link' to obtain a one-time link to be shared.
Real-time Notifications
Click on the bell icon to access the Calendly notifications.
Here you can view the read and unread notifications.
Click on 'Enable Now' to access the desktop notification settings.

Extension Settings
Click on your Ulgebra profile to access the settings page.
Calendly User Management (For Admin)
The Zendesk Support admin can allow multiple users to utilize the organization Calendly account.
Select 'Manage App Users'.
You can now view the list of Zendesk Support users.
Click on 'Add' to allow the user to use your authorized Calendly account.
Click on 'Remove' to disable the feature for the user.
Incoming Events
Select 'Incoming events sync'.
Enable 'Capture incoming events'.
Tickets would be created in Zendesk Support for new Calendly events.
Select the Zendesk Support department to create Tickets in.
In case you do not wish new customers to be created, enable the option 'Ignore events from NEW customers'.
You can also view the list of Calendly events available within your organization.
Enable the events to receive incoming meetings from.
You can also map the Zendesk Support users to the respective Calendly users.
Adjacent to each Calendly user, select the appropriate Zendesk Support user from the drop-down.
Reset Application
Select 'Reset App Configurations'.
Enter 'confirm' within the space provided.
Reset the application.
