Access the messaging services provided by the Vonage communication platform within Zendesk Sell using the integration Vonage for Zendesk Sell by Ulgebra. Make efficient conversations with Leads, Contacts & Deals of Zendesk Sell using the abundant features provided by the application.
Get in touch with all the desired contacts at once using the SMS channel of Vonage in order to send messages. Create message templates that can be edited and deleted based on your requirements. This you can send pre-defined messages to Zendesk contacts instantly.

Quick Vonage Messages
Installation & Setup
Access the extension on the Zendesk Marketplace.
Click on Install.
Select the Zendesk account to install the application into the respective Zendesk Sell account.
Click on the Vonage icon on the panel at the top.
Sign in to Ulgebra using your Zendesk Sell email id.
Authorize the Zendesk Sell account.
Enter the Vonage credentials to authorize the Vonage account.
The extension is successfully setup.
Applications
Vonage Messages
Select any Lead, Contact or Deal within Zendesk.
Under Vonage SMS by Ulgebra, click on 'Send Vonage Message'.
Add and select your Vonage Sender. You can now add multiple contacts as recipients.
Click on 'Add Recipients'.
Here you can enter any contact number along with the country code or search for any specific contact.
Also, enter a default country code if required and select the suitable settings.
Enter your message or select a template.
You can insert contact fields, user fields and emojis if required.
Click on 'Send SMS'.
Send Vonage Messages to a list
Click on the Vonage icon available on the panel at the top from anywhere within your Zendesk Sell platform to send messages to desired contacts as and when required.
Click on the button to Send Vonage Message.
You can now select your Vonage Sender.
Include contacts using the 'Add recipients' option.
Enter the contact number with the country code and click on 'Add'.
Similarly, add all the required contacts to whom the message is to be sent.
Enter your message containing contact fields, user fields and emojis, or insert a template.
Send the message.
Message History
Maintain records of all the Vonage messages sent.
View the history of messages along with the details as Notes within the respective Zendesk Sell contact.
Vonage User Management
The Zendesk Sell admin can now share the authorized Vonage account with the agents.
The admin can add and remove users from this feature based on their requirements.
