Application Installation and working

Step 1: Install the application from the Zoho desk marketplace.

Step 2: Initiate SMS or WhatsApp messages from the contacts view page. Select the Sender ID, add recipients and select the approved templates from the drop-down. Click "Send SMS" or "Send WhatsApp" button to send the message.

Step 3: Initiate a new chat with any of the customers by clicking the "Pinnacle SMS" option found at the top. Select the Sender ID, add recipients and select the approved templates from the drop-down. Click "Send SMS" or "Send WhatsApp" button to send the message.

Step 4: Initiate SMS or WhatsApp messages from the tickets view page. Select the Sender ID, add recipients and select the approved templates from the drop-down. Click "Send SMS" or "Send WhatsApp" button to send the message.
