Reach out to your Customers & Vendors as and when required through SMS & WhatsApp. Update and remind customers regarding Invoices from the respective invoice itself.

Twilio SMS & WhatsApp to Customers


Select any Zoho Books Customer. Within the panel on the right side, click on the Twilio icon. Select the Twilio Sender. Enter the message or insert templates. Also, add User Fields, Contact Fields and emojis if required. Send the message to your Customer.


Twilio Messages to Vendors


Select any Zoho Books Vendor. Within the panel on the right side, click on the Twilio icon. Select the Twilio Sender. Enter the message or insert templates. Also, add User Fields, Contact Fields and emojis if required. Send your message.


Twilio Messages from Invoices


Select any Invoice in Zoho Books. Within the panel on the right side, click on the Twilio icon. Select the Twilio Sender. Enter the message or insert templates. Also, add User Fields, Contact Fields and emojis if required. Send your message to the contact associated with the invoice.


Add Recipients


While sending the Twilio message, you can add multiple recipients to whom you wish to send the message using the 'Add Recipients' option. Select a Zoho Books filter to add all the contacts pertaining to that filter to the message. Search and add a specific contact if required. You can also select the country code, enter the contact number and add any contact. Similarly, multiple contacts can be added. You can now send a message to all the added contacts.


Predefined Messages


Avoid typing the message each time by using message templates. Within the extension interface, click on 'Insert Template' to view the list of message templates. Click on '+ Add New Template' to create a new template. Enter the template name and the message required. Insert User Fields, Contact Fields and emojis into the template. Click on 'Save Template'. You can edit or delete any template.
