Installation

• Access the application Bulk Twilio Messages from Sheets at the Google Workspace Marketplace.

• Click on 'Install'.

• Click on 'Continue' to proceed with the installation.

• Select the Google account.

• Click on 'Allow' to authorize Google Sheets.

• Receive confirmation for the application installation.

• Click on the Twilio icon at the panel on the right.

• Sign in to Ulgebra using the email id of the Google Sheets account.

• Enter the Twilio account SID and Auth token.

• Click on 'Authorize'.

Twilio Messages

• Click on the Twilio icon at the panel on the right.

• Click on 'Send Message'.

• Click on 'Choose Sender'.

• Select the Twilio SMS or WhatsApp sender to send the message from.

• Select the data on Sheets to which the Twilio message is to be sent.

• You can select all the data or a subset of the data by selecting the required rows.

• Select the column containing the name of the recipients.

• Select the column containing the contact numbers.

• Click on 'Add' to add the recipients from the Sheet.

• You can also add additional contacts using the 'Add Recipients' option.

• Enter the contact number along with the country code.

• Click on 'Add'.

• Enter the message to be sent.

• You can also personalize the message using Excel fields.

• Click on 'Insert Excel Fields'.

• Select the column from which the field is to be added.

• Send the message to the contacts.

Twilio Inbox

• Click on your Ulgebra profile within the application.

• Select 'Twilio Inbox'.

• Here you can view all the Conversations held through Twilio.

• Select any conversation to view the history of chats held with the contact.

• Also, send messages from the Inbox.

• Click on the '/' button to access your message templates.

• Search for any contact number to view the conversations with a particular contact.

Twilio Senders

Sender Settings

• The WhatsApp and SMS senders from Twilio would automatically be displayed within Senders.

• Click on the pin icon to select a default sender.

• Click on the visibility icon beside the name of the sender to hide the sender.

• Click on the visibility icon to view the list of hidden senders.

• Here you can pin or retrieve hidden senders.

Add  Twilio Sender

• Click on '+ Add New'.

• Select the channel type as SMS, MMS or WhatsApp.

• Enter the Sender Id as per Twilio.

• Enter the display name for the sender.

• Save the new Twilio sender.

Message Templates

• Click on 'Templates' to access your message templates.

• Select any template to insert the message template.

• In order to create a template, click on '+Add New'.

• Enter the name and content of the template.

• Add attachments if required.

• Save the message template.
