And here we Ulgebra are with our integration Clickatell for HubSpot making your work much easier providing you a combination of both these platforms for making your business much easier and more efficient.
Application Installation
Step 1: Go to the Hubspot marketplace and search for the application "Clickatell SMS by Ulgebra". Click the "Install App" option to install the application from the Hubspot marketplace.
Step 2: Choose the Hubspot account in which you want to access the extension.
Step 3: Sign in to Ulgebra using any of the options to continue. You can use either sign in with google or sign in with email option.
Note: Make sure you are signing in with your Hubspot mail ID.
Step 4: Now you will get notified that the extension is installed and the modules in which you can access the extension to send messages. Click the "Go to Hubspot" option to go back to your Hubspot account.
Step 5: Now, go to any of your Hubspot contacts, and click the "Send Message" option under the "Clickatell for Hubspot" option.
Step 6: Authorize your Clickatell account by entering your Clickatell API Key. You can get your credentials by clicking the "Get here" option. Once the values are entered, click the "Authorize Now" option to authorize your Clickatell account.
If you are unaware of your Clickatell API key , select the " Create or Get Here " option. You will be redirected to the API integrations page of your Clickatell account if you are already logged-in into your Clickatell account.
You can create new API keys if not already created by using the option " Create One API integration ".
In the next screen,
Enter the API name
Select the Integration type
Click on " Generate API " option
Send single SMS to Hubspot contacts
Step 1 : Select the contact to which you need to send message and click on " Send Message " option.
Step 2 : Select the " Add New Sender " option add new senders.
Step 3 : In the next screen ,
Select the message channel.
Enter the Sender ID.
Enter the Display name & click on " Save Sender " option.
Step 4 : In the next screen , Select your desired sender. You can view the selected contact in the Recipient section.
Enter the country code in the " Default country code " area along with "+" . Then select the " do not add country code " option, if the Phone/Mobile number field of your contact is already with Country code.
Select the option " add for all phone numbers " option , if the Phone field of your contact is without Country code.
Select the option " add if phone number starts with zero " option , if the Phone field of your contact starts with Zero.
Step 5 : Enter your message in the Message area,
You can also insert custom fields using the options " Insert User fields " & " Insert Contact fields " .
Click on the emoji's icon to access your Emojis Keyboard just to make your statement more expressive.
Then click on the " Send SMS " option.
Step 6 : In the next screen, You can view the Message status.
Insert Templates
Step 1 : Click on the Insert templates option and select the " Add New Template " option.
Step 2 : In the next screen,
Enter the Template name
Type or Copy the text content in the message area
You can also insert custom fields using the options " Insert User fields " & " Insert Contact fields " .
Click on the emoji's icon to access your Emojis Keyboard just to make your statement more expressive.
Then click on the " Save Template " option.
Step 3 : You can view and manage your created templates here.
Send bulk SMS using List
Step 1 : Select any contact and select Send message option.
You can send Bulk SMS to your Hubspot contacts by selecting the created list in your Hubspot account.
You can also search and add the contacts to which the SMS has to be sent.
Step 2 : You can also include contacts by entering the Phone/Mobile numbers manually along with the country code.
Step 3 : After selecting the Recipients ,
Enter the country code along with "+" and select the option as " add if phone number not starts with country code " , if some of your contacts are without country code.
Step 4 : Enter your message in the Message area,
You can also insert custom fields using the options " Insert User fields " & " Insert Contact fields " .
Click on the emoji's icon to access your Emojis Keyboard just to make your statement more expressive.
Then click on the " Send SMS " option.
Step 5 : In the next screen, You can view the Message status.
Manage App Users
Step 1: Select any contact and click on " Send Message " option.
Step 2: In the next screen, Click on your Profile icon and select the " Manage App Users " option.
Step 3: In the next screen, Your Hubspot users will be displayed. You can manage your Users here.
You can add your desired users by using the " Add " option.
You can also click the " Add all " option to make all of your Hubspot users to use your Clickatell credentials to send message.
You can remove all of your Hubspot users by clicking the " Remove all " option.
Once you have added your Users, you can remove them individually by using the " Remove " option.
