Pre-requisites
Must be a SalesForce CRM user
Must have a Twilio account
In case of WhatsApp, an approved WhatsApp number.
Twilio approved WhatsApp templates to initiate conversations.
Install the AppCursor Chrome extension.

Installation & Setup
Visit the Ulgebra Apps Marketplace.
Click on SalesForce Integrations.
Here you can view the Twilio extension.
Click on 'Install Twilio for SalesForce'.
Sign in to Ulgebra using your SalesForce email id.
Authorize SalesForce account.
Authorize Twilio account.
Twilio for SalesForce is now setup!
Applications
Twilio Messages
Select any SalesForce contact.
Click on the Twilio icon at the contact menu on top.
Select your Twilio Sender.
Click on 'Add Recipients' to include multiple contacts.
You can select a SalesForce list to add all the contacts within the list.
Search for any contact to add a specific contact.
Select the country code, enter the contact number and click on 'Add' to include any contact number.
Add a default country code if required.
The options available for the application of the default country code are as follows:
do not add country code
Using this option you can ignore the default country code in case all the CRM contact numbers contain a country code.
add for all phone numbers
In case none of the CRM contacts contain a country code, you can use this option to add the default country code for all numbers.
add if phone number starts with 0
In case some of the saved contact numbers begin with 0, you can add the default country code to such numbers alone.
add if phone number not starts with country code
In case some of the saved phone numbers do not contain a country code, this option can be used to add a default country code to such numbers alone
Enter the message or insert a template.
Insert User Fields, contact fields and emojis if required.
Add attachments in case of media templates.
Send the message.
Send Twilio Messages from list view
Select the required contacts from the list view of any SalesForce module.
Click on the Twilio icon.
Select the Twilio Sender.
Apart from the selected contacts, you can include additional contacts as well. Click on 'Add Recipients'.
Select a CRM filter, search for a specific contact and add any desired contact number.
Enter your message with user fields, contact fields and emojis, or insert a template.
Include attachments in case of media templates.
Send your message.
Rapid Messaging
Click on the Ulgebra icon to view all the extensions installed.
Click on the Twilio icon.
Select the Twilio messaging Sender.
Click on 'Add Recipients'.
Enter the contact number along with the country code.
Click on 'Add'.
Enter your message with required placeholders and emojis, or insert a template.
Include attachments in case of media templates.
Send the Twilio message.
Chat View
View the complete conversation held with a particular contact using the chat view.
Click on the drop-down adjacent to Twilio.
Select Chat View.
Select the Twilio Sender from the drop-down.
Select the Recipient phone field from the drop-down.
You can now view the complete Twilio conversation with the recipient using the selected sender along with the read reciept.
You can also send Twilio messages.
Message Notifications
Access the Twilio interface.
Click on the bell icon at the top right corner.
Here you can view the notifications for incoming messages along with the number of unread messages.
You can also view the history of previous incoming messages.
Click on any particular notification to view the incoming message.
Click on 'Mark all as read' to clear the notifications.
Twilio User Management
Click on your profile within the extension interface.
Select 'Manage App Users'.
Here you can view the list of CRM users.
Add the users for whom you wish to enable your authorized Twilio account.
Add and remove users based on your requirements.
Within the users' account, during the Twilio authorization process, the user can select the admin Twilio account or use another account.
Twilio Senders
Add Twilio Sender
Within the Twilio interface, click on the 'Choose Sender' dropdown.
Click on '+Add New Sender'.
Select the Channel type as required.
Enter the Twilio Sender ID.
Enter the preferred display name for the sender.
Click on 'Save Sender'.
Default Twilio Sender
Click on 'Choose Sender' to view the list of Twilio Senders added.
Adjacent to the name of the sender, click on the pin icon to make the sender the default Twilio Sender.
You can remove the selected default sender by clicking on the unpin icon.
Message Templates
Create Template
Within the Twilio interface, select the 'Insert Template' drop-down.
Click on '+Add New Template'.
Enter the name of the template.
Enter the content of the template.
Insert placeholders and emojis if required.
Click on 'Save Template'.
Edit Template
Click on the edit icon adjacent to the name of the template.
Make the required changes.
Click on 'Save Template'.
Delete Template
Click on the delete icon adjacent to the name of the template to delete the template.
