Twilio for Bitrix24
Step 1: Go to the Bitrix marketplace using link here and install the extension " Ultra Twilio for Bitrix24 ".
Step 2: Click on the " Install " option in the next screen.
Step 2: Select all the checkboxes and click on the " Install " option.
Step 3: In the next screen, you can authorize your Bitrix account by selecting the " Authorize Now " option.
Step 4: Enter your Twilio credentials and authorize your Twilio account by selecting the " Authorize " option.
NOTE : Continue to enter your Twilio credentials if you are the admin. Otherwise, Please contact your Admin to add you in their Manage App Users section.
Step 5: If you are unaware of the Twilio credentials, You can click on the " Get Here " option. On clicking it, You will be redirected to your Twilio Console page from where you can copy and paste your Twilio credentials.
Activate Incoming Messages features inside your CRM.
Step 1: Click on the " Add Numbers Now " option to activate the incoming feature inside your bitrix account
Step 2: In the next screen, Select the " Add Senders " option.
Step 3: Then, Select the prefered Sender Type and click on the " Continue " option.
Step 4: Select the prefered number and click on the " Add Phone Numbers " option.
Step 5: In the next screen, You will get notified of your successful activation.
Now, You have successfully installed the extension!!!

Integration Features
One-one Twilio SMS, MMS & Whatsapp
Go to any Bitrix24 Lead, Contact or Deal.
Select Twilio from the panel on top.
Select the Twilio SMS sender.
This App Cursor will provide you a floating icon inside your CRM with you can send messages.
It is a free chrome extension which can be added with which you can send messages to your Contacts.
NOTE : You can also use the skip option if you are not interested in sending messages to your Contacts..
Choose the required sender with which you wish to send the message.
Enter the country code in the "Default country code" section as "+ Country Code " and select the required option.
Enter the message content and click on the " Send SMS " option to send the message.
You can view the status of the message in the next screen.
Include additional contacts by using the " Add Recipients " option. You can manually entering the number and select the " Add " option.
Send Twilio SMS, MMS & Whatsapp
You can send messages to your customers by using the App-Cursor.
Step 1: Select all the contacts to which you wish to send the messages to.
Step 2: The selected contacts will be automatically added in the Recipients section.

This feature will avail you to keep a track over the number of Unread/ Unseen messages to follow-up with.
The status of the message is Unseen if it is displayed Yellow in colour.
If the messages are seen, It will turn to White colour.
You can also make all the messages as Seen using the " Mark all as read " option.
Twilio Inbox
Go to the Ulgebra settings page by clicking on your profile icon.
Then, Select the Twilio Inbox option.
You can view all of your Twilio conversations here in this tab and reply from here directly
Desktop / Pop-Up notifications
This feature will allow you to receive dedicated Pop-Up notifications.
Go to the Ulgebra settings page and select the " Message Notifications " option.
