Zoho Desk Inside WhatsApp web
We do not store your numbers or messages in our servers. They will just be stored in your browser's local storage.

Contacts details (Eg: Name, Phone number,E-mail, etc.,) from Zoho Desk that you wish to see from the WhatsApp web
When you select any number from your WhatsApp webchat, the extension will fetch the details of the contact and tickets associated with that number from Zoho Desk and the fetched data will be stored in your browsers local storage.

We will fetch the details of the Zoho Desk contact and ticket associated with that contact matching the WhatsApp number in your WhatsApp, once the information is fetched the information will be displayed on our extensions interface temporarily from the extension's storage. On closing the WhatsApp web tab the stored information will be deleted from the extension's storage.
