Incorporate Bitrix24 CRM within your WhatsApp Web to manage the Bitrix24 Contacts, Leads & Companies associated with your WhatsApp contacts. You can directly access the CRM contacts directly from WhatsApp Web and create message templates in order to send pre-defined messages. Also, update fields and notes from WhatsApp Web.

Configure displayed fields
Visit the Bitrix24.Market where you can find the extension Ultra LookUp for Bitrix24.
Install the extension.
Accept the requested permissions and click on 'Install'.
Sign in to Ulgebra using your Bitrix24 email id.
Authorize your Bitrix24 account.
Access the Chrome extension Bitrix24 inside WhatsApp Web.
Click on 'Add to Chrome'.
Click on 'Add Extension'.
Open and scan the QR code to login to WhatsApp Web.
You can now view the LookUp Bitrix24 panel on the right side of WhatsApp Web.
Go ahead and access Bitrix24 inside WhatsApp Web!
Select any WhatsApp contact.
Click on New Contact.
Enter the details of the contact to be created.
Click on Create New Contact in Bitrix24.
Select any WhatsApp Contact.
View the details of the Bitrix24 contacts under the selected WhatsApp number.
Click on the Bitrix24 option beneath the contact.
You would now be redirected to the respective contact in your Bitrix24 CRM.
Edit the details under the required contact field.
Click on the tick icon to update the details in Bitrix24 CRM.
Search for any WhatsApp number to view the details of the contacts under the desired number.
Search for any Bitrix24 contact field.
You can view and update the details under the particular field.
Click on Show hidden fields.
You can now access all the Bitrix24 contact fields.
View & update field details if required.
Click on Configure display fields.
You can now view the list of Show Fields and Hidden Fields.
In order to display a specific field, drag the field from Hidden Fields and drop it into Show Fields.
In order to hide a field, drag the field from Show Fields and drop it into Hidden Fields.
Access Templates
Click on 'Template Messages'.
You can now view the list of existing message templates.
Create Template
Click on '+Add New Template'.
Enter the name and content of the template.
Insert placeholders and emojis if required.
Click on 'Save Template'.
Send Template Messages
Select any template from the dropdown.
Click on 'Copy'.
Enter the copied message.
Send the message via WhatsApp.
Edit Template
Adjacent to the name of the template, click on the edit icon.
Make the changes required.
Click on 'Save Template'.
Delete Template
Click on the delete icon adjacent to the name of the template to delete the template.
Click on 'Notes'.
You can now view the list of notes associated with the contact.
Click on 'Add Note' to create a new note.
Enter the content of the note.
Click on 'Save Note'.
