Calendly events for Freshworks CRM
We, Ulgebra let you connect calendly and freshsales suite automatically, So that you can book events and appointments with your customers from your freshsales suite.
Application installation
Step 1: Go to Freshworks marketplace and select the extension " Calendly Events for CRM ".
Step 2: In the next screen, Select the " Install " option.
Step 3: After clicking the " Install " button, you will be redirected to the configuration page of the extension.
Copy and paste your Calendly access token in the Calendly token section. If you are unaware of your access token, Please click on the "Get from here" option. On clicking the here option, You will be redirected to the Integrations page of your Calendly account.
Step 4: Click on " Generate New Token " option.
Step 5: Enter the Access token name and select the " Create token " option.
Step 6: Copy the Calendly access token by clicking the " Copy token " option.
Step 7: After copying the Calendly access token. Copy and paste your Freshdesk API Key. If you are unaware of it, Please select the " Get from here " option.
Step 8: You will be redirected to the API settings page of your Freshworks account.
Click on the " I'm not a robot " checkbox and Copy the Freshsales API Key.
Step 9: After copying and pasting your Credentials, Click on the " Install " button.
Step 10: You will be redirected to the Manage Apps section where you can reconfigure the extension.
Features
Book an appointment with any of your particular contact.
Step 1: Select any contact in your Freshworks CRM and click on " Calendly Events for CRM " option.
Step 2: In the next screen, The meeting types which were enabled in your Calendly account will reflect below.
Click on your desired meeting to be booked.
Step 3: In the next screen, Select your desired Date & Time and click on the " Confirm " option.
Step 4: In the next screen,
The name and e-mail of the contact will be automatically fetched.
Enter the description of the appointment if any & click on the " Schedule Event " option.
Step 5: In the next screen, you get a preview on your booked event.
Step 6: Select the " Events History " option to view all the events associated with this particular contact.
Step 7: Select the " Event Links " option to get the booking event links.
Step 8: Get a link which can be used only once to book an event.
Notification Bell Icon
With this notification bell icon, you can keep a track over the number of new events booked from your customer side as well as your side.
If the event is already read/seen, it will change to White colour.
Customize your events
To customize your events which are being booked, Click on the " Incoming events sync " option.
In the next screen, You can configure the events inside your Freshworks CRM.
Open in New tab
You can use the " Open in new tab " option to open a new google tab where you can book your appointments.

Reset App Configurations
You can reset the configurations that you have already made with a single click using the option " Reset App Configurations ".
In the next screen, Type confirm and select the " Reset " option.
